Anil K. Gandhi, MD
After arriving in the United States in 1971, Dr. Anil K. Gandhi, underwent his residency in general surgery at Hollywood’s prestigious Queen of Angels Hospital. He is a licensed
general surgeon with the Medical Board of California.
In 2004 he made the transition from general to cosmetic surgery; over his years of working with the whole human body, Dr. Gandhi mastered surgical techniques with local tumescent anesthesia. These techniques allow him to restore and rejuvenate your body with less pain, less risk and a faster recovery.
A scientist and researcher in his own right, Dr. Gandhi has developed a unique technique of liposuction creating the most defined curves. Curves that no other surgeons have been able to duplicate. Deeper, longer curves.
Dr. Anil K. Gandhi has trained 100's of physicians (including the physicians at Curved By Lipo, Inc.) and is sought out across the United States and Countries abroad for a chance to be trained by him. These physicians now have implemented his technique at their own practices.
Dinh Nguyen, MD
‘Dr. Dinh’ Nguyen, MD specializes in cosmetic surgery with a focus in body contouring. He grew up in Southern California and has lived in the area most of his life. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from UC Santa Cruz where he studied chemistry and physics. Afterwards, he returned to Southern California and became a teacher (high school math being most recent).
Although Dr. Dinh enjoyed teaching, he switched paths to pursue a career in medicine, obtaining a medical degree from UC Irvine. He then moved to Boston and did his surgical training at Harvard-affiliated Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. While in Boston, he was a part of the NIH T32 physician-scientist program at Harvard-affiliated Brigham & Women’s Hospital.
Dr. Dinh joined Curved by Lipo Surgical Center in 2022. Prior to joining us, he served as medical director and staff surgeon at a successful liposuction center in the greater LA Area. He is known by his patients to be a compassionate, technically skilled surgeon with an artistic eye who strives for perfection. He is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and is well-published, including several journal articles in Annals of Plastic Surgery and a chapter in the textbook Biomaterials for Treating Skin Loss.
